someone please help me with the settings for disk juggler for burning dreamcast games?? please?

I've downloaded the game, and now i want to burn it, i know to use winrar and after that i burnt it and used the boot disk and it didnt work. I #####ed it on my cd rom drive and it came up as a track. So someone please explain the whole process of making the game, thanx.
