cdrecord -dev=1,0,0 -msinfo please help im almost there??

i got my cdburner address and im trying to type in cdrecord -dev=1,0,0 -msinfo .is this the right thing to type?do i have to use cdrecord?if i dont what things do i need to do next?i have djuggler.how exactley do i downsize files?i have alot of sdf,afs and othere files.what form should the iso be in?i have 2 in my data file??1 zip form and another with a windows decal next to it??1 is 948 mb. zip form is 508 mb.if i want to burn what do i need to do next?cdrecord is not working for me.thanx in advance.
