Question installation problems

hi
I'm having trouble installing the back ups of my original games i own. After I created an ISO or BIN of the original copies I own of The Suffering and TMNT (ninja turtles) extract them with WINISO and burned the extracted files to a CD-R, it begins to install disc #1 put when I put in disc#2, which was made through the same process (of backing my original) it cant or won't recognized the second disc. It just keeps asking for "CD2".
In a nutshell can anyone solve my problem of installing my backed up games, do I have to replaced the .exe file on the disc before I try to install the backup of my original owned game.
Do I have to burn the backup ISO or BIN with a particular program or add a special file to get it to install. Everyone here sounds like they know their stuff so help me PLEASE!!!
