Need help with xlink

Hello

I bought XPLODER V4 last week and I haven't succeed to use it

I can connect with PS2 at the first attempt but during the copy of the option file (to save it on my PC), it disconnect and said that Xlink can't communicate with PS2.
And after, its impossible to reconnect.
I have followed the instructions in the manual but doesn't work

Anyone can help please ?
I'm very boring with it and I know how to solve this problem
