ordered chip and...

ordered a chip from the-console-corner.com last saturday confirmed to have shipped monday no show by the 18th been 4 days should be here right?
i mean the place i ordered my 1st chip from was in austria and arrived in 5 days.
starting to feel a little ripped did'nt even send a tracking # with email confirmation.kinda shady
