Where is the first track? HEEEEEELP MEE

I am trying to convert a .bin to .iso. Look at the .cue file:
FILE "KAL-TAXI.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 02 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
The question is: Where is the first track?
What I have to know to burn de .iso returned by bin2iso ka-taxi.bin
