How do I Put Various VCD/SVCD on 1 DVD-R?

Can anyone help

Does anyone know how to take 2 or 3 vcd/svcd's and put them on one DVD-R so i can play them on a dvd player? If i need certain software what do i need?? I've seen it done but not sure how to do it? If so can i create chapters on each film and also how do or what do i use to create a menu as well?

I know i've asked alot here but am unsure as i have loads of vcd's from hols etc and now want to put them on DVD
