You can map an ftp server in windows explorer. I did it a while ago, but never use it. You have to set your xbox to a static IP in order to do it though, unless you want to change the network location settings everytime you want to connect.

edit:
Right click on "My Network", then click "map new network drive". In the popup, shoose "sign up for online storage..etc" that is underlined. Then hit next, select "choose another network location". Type in the ftp address and follow the rest of the wizard.
