I need help extracting a .bin file & cue sheet from a nero image

I've been trying today to create a .bin and .cue sheet from both a nero image, and the burned disc copy I made from it, because I would like to create a dummy file. The whole dummy file thing is new to me, but I know it'll help ease the motor wear of the system.

However, after going through ISOBuster (created a bin file, but it won't create a cue sheet), WinISO (refuses to open the nero image because it's an "invalid format image"), UltraISO (an ISO 9660 error message pops up), and CDRWIN (cannot extract discs containing multiple tracks!), I have no idea what to try next. The non-dummied burned disc is apparently multi-tracked. It also does not contain an IP.BIN file that I think needs to be there. Also, the nero image is selfbooting.

The .bin file that ISOBuster is able to create from the nero image is about the same size. I was thinking now of just using a Dummy File Creator to make a big file and just burn it along with the .bin file that ISOBuster is able to spit out (minus the cue sheet). Would that even work? However, I don't know how to burn a dummy file along with a .bin file.

Thanks for ANY help that can be provided. I don't know what else to try.
