have you tried burning it to a cd-r anyway with discjuggler? sometimes the size of the image is not the actual size of the actual files. its just padded or something.
dreamcast cant read dvd's. if you want an ip.bin, download IP Extractor in the pinned topic. and use it on the .cdi. thats a start.
