Xena-->Easy way to tell if a game has protection

many thanks xena. just to clarify from a previous post, i only use hack3 if i am not goin to make it self booting correct? and use dahack if i am. is this right? bc in your database it shows the protection scheme fix for many is hack3, but if im goin to make all my games selfbooting then does dahack substitute for hack3? last question today i promise!
