Yeah I was thinking maybe there is a limit somewhere, but where exactly I don't know. The CD I made is 870MB and it boots fine. The DC has no problem reading it the disc, but once you launch the last game on the disc, the DC goes nuts (it attempts to kick you back to DP3, hangs at the now loading screen, then starts scrolling diagnolly! And you CAN'T soft reset, you must power off the DC).
I have heard of some people putting games like Grandia 2 to fit perfectly on 1 90 minute disc (that particular game does not fit on a 80 minute disc). So maybe 90 minutes is the limit?
