extracted Iso need help Please :)

I ripped my game "gundam", the iso was 984megs....too big...so I extracted files and all extracted files + sub folders are under 700megs, do I need to bother downsampling, and if not what do I do next...is there a way to compile it back into an iso, or do I just burn the files on a cd, if so what program do I use to burn and what options do I select etc...I know how to burn iso cdi etc but don't know how to do it with a bunch of files...Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!
