x box booting then shutting down

i just installed an alladin 64 chip in my x box . i have not installed evolx on the hd yet when i start up under the x i recieve xecutor2 so it seems the chip is being recognised .the game will start and after a few minutes my x box is shutting down .i have no idea why hopefully i didnt screw anything up. made my own pogo pins with wire. all connections look clean only possibility could be 1 of the traces was scratched .but they all look intact.can some1 please help. also chip was suppose to be flashed allready with 4980 bios only green flashing light so far then solid. also seems as when i press pwr button it is not shutting off but opening the tray . power button not working should i remove L2.any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
you think its one of the wires. active an deactivate supposeto woek with reset according to alladinchip.com.where between would i place a switch.
