Raven Shield Cyclic Redundancy Error

Apologies if someone's asked something like this before,I did a search-honest.
Tried reinstalling Raven Shield which installed last year no probs.
Game now installs until it gets to the Oil_Refinery.bik video file where I get a "Cyclic Redundancy Error".There are admittedly one or two(very small) marks/scratches on the disc.
There is an option to install the game and leave the videos on the disc,but I don't want to play the game to that point and then get stuck because of that one bl**dy file.
Anyone know if I'll be able to skip the video at that point and carry on with the game without me having to play right through and find out the hard way?
