ok... i made a .iso file with Nero 6 from the files that i ripped from the CD before with DVD Shrink... i mounted the .iso file with Deamon-tools... and the movie works! just as it should... i get to the menu, and the movie starts...
so i guess the problem is only due to bad media? i don't have time right know, but i'll burn another copy tomorrow... thnx 4 the tips!
