Where to find IP%1st Read.bin's?

hey again.

I'm a bit confused how to find your IP.BIN and 1ST READ.BIN's. From what i understand you need to take them from an exisitng backedup game.

So i went to some of my backedup games i got off the net and grabbed the IP.BIN and the 1stread.bin from them. is that the proper way. I, of course, want to use those 2 files to make a selfboot of my own. So is that the correct way?
