Cheers for the help guy's but managed to get it sorted.
Of all things i put a search in google for the error no and it directed me to a section on the stomp forum. Apparently the problem is caused by incorrect logagent.exe files or corrupted ones. The solution was to search for the logagent files and change the .exe to '.old ' then the re-install went whithout a hitch. Thanx again for your help
