Getting X2.3b+ a simple Q's

When i installed the mod chip, i want to flash it with the latest X2 bios, but i have read that when you hit the eject button it won't reset the xbox,

how do you reset the xbox to load another backup,


i want to disable IGR in the evox.ini as i heard it gives allot of problems on game loading.
