Cleaning the PS2

Hi Guys,
Not sure if this has already been posted anywhere. I was wondering if there was any guidelines on how we can clean the Ps2 from the inside. Remember, that when the Laser lens starts to collect dust, then this causes read errors everytime someone puts in a disk. Anyone, know any way to clean the dust and the laser lens?
I've managed to open the case and that's a far as i can go. Im too afraid to open anything else without screwing something up. I'd really appreciate some guideline and if someone can point me to the right place
