ok heres the answer:
1:I now have PSO and chuchu working fine on my dreamcast using own isp 2:When you put your own settings into the browser and click save it the saves into the internal memory.Thus overiding dreamkey settings(wiping then).It still says dialing dreamarena but it isnt it is in fact dialing the number you gave it.I am 100% sure of this.
