Ganksoft NeoPocott Help

Has anyone done the NeoPocott (Neo Geo Pocket emu for Dreamcast)? I made the bootdisk, (it works), but the instructions are very assuming that one would know how to make the ROM cd. Can someone tell me how I am supposed to correctly make the Roms disk for the bootdisk. I used "SNESROMS" instructions to make an ISO of the roms, but that disc did not work. Now I am thinking perhaps the selfboot way will work. I have instructions on how to make the "SegaGen" selfboot with roms and I am wondering can I use these instructions with the Neopocott files instead of the SegaGen ones. The SELFBOOTV1-1.ZIP program appears to be able to make the cd I want, but I am unsure. Can anyone successful on making their Neogeo Pocket help me? Thanks!
