Saving is driving me mad

I have no problems booting and streaming games. However, i've tried nearly every bloody combination to get each title to save correctly, yet each time they just hang.


Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to save. Or one that informs you on what works and what doesn't.

Any help appreciated!
