ripped sega rally 2 - what now

Just ripped my first game, sega rally 2, and extracted all the files and converted the raw's to wav's but I'm confused as to what to do next. With the files totalling around 1Gb, I reduced the size of the wav files to around 10 secs each so now the entire disc should only be 400 odd Mb. But how do I burn the disc? According to Dc-cdr I should burn the wav files first and then set the iso offset. How do I do this? Is it the same figure as the start sector of the second ripped iso? Also, how do I patch the 1st_read.bin (boot.bin) when I don't know which file it is. Any help greatly appreciated.
