Savage 2.00b

New version is 2.00c though I imagine little has changed EXE wise, or not enough to stop me copying the details of a 2.00b/a crack.

I remember fairlight's 1.02 crack, since nobody released a 1.02a crack i simply copied the details from 1.02 into 1.02a. Worked like a charm. But of course, too much has changed from 1.02a to 2.00x for me to know what's going on.

Perhaps with so many version changes, it might be easier for someone to write a little document on how to crack savage (ie. what to look for etc).

But I'm still very interested to see a 2.00x crack soon....
