BlindWrite Problem???

alright i have the blindwrite suite, like version 5 or something. and i try to back up my ps2 games with it. but when i go to the read section on the program it will read everything and write it to my harddrive but when the progress meter gets all the way to the end the blindwrite program freezes, and i have to go through the alt-ctrl-delete and quit the program cuase its (not responding) itll close and then ill try to write the image it created to a disc so that ill have the back up, and when i choose to write the image, it says to find image, so i select the image it just created and after i click on the image the program freezes? does any one have any idea what would cause it to freezes like that all the time? its jst the trial version, would that have anything to do with it? can anyone help?
