Duo chip...no sound video.

Just installed my first Duo chip. System started fine first time. So then i started it up, to play a back-up game, using the chip.
Got nothing but black screen..no sound video. But i could hear the disc working.

Been awhile since my last mod. But is that the S wire problem?
And does anyone have the operating instructions for the Duo chip. So i can turn the chip off, and see if the PS2 itself still works.
