50Hz Games

I Have a couple of backups that only seem to run at 60Hz, but I use an old big 50Hz TV. Is there any way to mod the game (I have a burner) to run at 50 Hz?

Also, sould it be straightforward to copy a backup? I have tried (MSR) but the game refuses to run.
