surreal 64 questions

hi I got a hold of this emulator

I have all the boxart located on the dvd, but only a couple show up, the rest state no boxart found, also only a handful of the games run. Can anyone help me out, i was led to believe this ran 99% of the games

also loads of the games are coming up with funny writing, so i cant make out which ones they are

please help
