i have this in mine
AutoLaunchGames = YES
AutoLaunchDVD = YES
DVDPlayer = "e:\apps\dvd2.0\default.xbe"
AutoLaunchAudio = yes
#AudioPlayer = "c:\xboxdash.xbe"
MSDashBoard = "c:\xboxdash.xbe"
i noticed you didn't have the
DVDPLAYER LINE
