NEED YOUR HELP WITH RIPPING DC GAMES

Right, where do I start??? I have ripped the .gz files to my Hard Drive using the DC Coders Cable.. I have then unzipped them. and then extracted the ISO, and converted the Raw2wav.... What Do I do Next???? I am not too bothered about it being self_booting. Can Someone talk me through it step by step... I have tried using the prog DC_cdr but I get blue screens... Also it is unclear how 2 use it..
