Thx I got it sorted by reburning the evox disk.
the tutorial also fails to mention that you have to rename Evoxdash.xbe to default.xbe It is maybe obvious to some but for noobs this is a crucial piece of info which leads to alot of wasted time and unnecessary frustration... I only figured it out by accident.
