Copying DVDs without 321 "Preface"

I love 321 Studios DVD Xcopy Platinum, except for the annoying "this is a copy" screen, and the branding it uses.

But I have found an interesting workaround.

I use the Xrescue utility to rip the DVD to hard drive. I let it start the processing of the ripped files, then I close the Xrescue program using the upper right corner X. Then use the task manager to stop the DVDWRITER process, uses anywhere between 23 and 90% of CPU cycles.

This leaves the ripped files in the directory that Xrescue put them. Then I use CloneDVD to use these files to generate a happy DVD without the annoying 321 screen. Also allows me to customize the DVD to include what I want and leave out what I don't. Since using this procedure my coaster ratio has gone down substantially.

I don't know about using many of the other software, I'm sure others can help as well.
