Try it during the morning then there is no problem at all, at current time (and the next 8 hours) is the busiest time of the day (and week for that matter)
The problem will be resolved but it will take at least another more week... There are just too many visitors and not enough bandwidth (we're talking traffic >30Mbit/s !!!)
