My 2 cents
 I backed this up with BW 4.57, with the typical Securom BWA/Twinpeak read at 8x. Backup installs and plays just fine from a 166S DVD and a 48125W CDRW drive. No emulation, autoplay, daemon tools, etc running to help it along. I've read the Plex Premium can copy it as well....
