One other thing it seams to be a problem more so with the PAL V9's then anything else. So this would lead one to believe that there may be a bad batch of chips that Sony bought in this region that they are putting in the new V9's.Lastly there seams to be a few who have had bad experiences with the combination of the M2's and the V9's and would just like some one or something to blame. Same here, installed 3 magic 50k"s. So far all are problem free.
