How do I burn DC Games?

I have a CD- Burner. But I'm having trouble finding a decent CD-R utility that will allow me to burn DC Games. How do I burn them? Anyone have any good links to a good decent CD-R utility that allows you to copy DC Games? Does the utility need to be for a specific CD Burner? Please tell me what else do I need to burn Games.
