Need help on burning the "Sega Smash Pack Rom Loader".? Please..

Well this wasn't as easy as I thought I would be.
I converted all *.smd to *.bin successfully, no problem there.
Now comes the difficult part, to make it selfboot. Don't know shit about it (sorry 'bout my language, but I am mad).
I dont have Echelons Self Boot tutorial, its somones else's tutorial.
Could any one please help me out here?
Step by step..?

Did you make it to work ? Then how?
Would be really glad if someone could help me.
