You're sure? I thought the filesize of the pre-patch fifa2004.exe differs from the patched one.
Of cause this doesn't mean that the old no-cd wouldn't work with v1.1 ... but I've noticed that, for example, network MP doesn't work, and the controller setup doesn't do anything when I set a new button (dunno if it's because of the 1.0 no-cd patch).

Anyway, I play SP only atm

Altough it's the English no-cd, it works perfect for the German version, too
