discjuggler 2.0/3.0 and cdi files

ok i have tried EVERYTHING... i downloaded silent scope unzipped, unrared and have the cdi file. I go into to disc juggler and my burner isn't supported..but it says to call them and they can make it be supported so does anyone know of a file or something that I can download to make my burner work? I have a HP 8200e. I have also tried a couple of those prog change the cdi to nrg but that had error. I have made a boot disk and it workds in my dc using a nero file. I have also used gypplay and that works..so if i can get discjuggler to work I think I cna do this. I have also tried some other programs like CDRip some dos burner..that had error. Any help apreciated thanks everyone!
