ISO file not burning

Hey my friend gave me medal of honor spearhead ISO but the file is tagged as an executable... I dont know how to burn the iso cause my burning program is thinking that its an .exe file. True the file did have this extention on it spearhead.bin.iso.exe when i got it but renaming it (just deleting the .exe) isnt doing anything. Can anyone tell me how to burn this file or rename it so my comp doesnt treat it as an executable? Thx a lot
