Yess!! Had the same problem. Simply use dvd2xbox(048 or later) to copy the game to the hd of the box. This program will remove the media check so you can copy it from the box's hd to your pc an burn it. You dont need any bios update. Nevertheless i did one
 , can not be wrong.
