toe jam & earl 3 help

ive just got a copy of toe jam & earl 3 , its a back up copy and i couldnt seee anythign on screen when the games was loaded, at my parent home the new sony 80cm tv didnt show anythign on screen but can hear sound but on my tv a samsung 68cm i cannot seee or hear anythign at all, no sound nor anyhtign on screeen , its like the xbox is not connected.. anyoen have any idea why its liek that, other games works fine.....
