1) it might work, providing IsoBuster gives you the files in the same order than original image...
2) you can take any ip.bin you want, or simply extract the one from your selfboot CD using one of my tools (look on my site) 3) I don't think so, but you can try. You will simply lose 1 CD if it doesn't work.
