Need some Guidance!!!!!!!!!

Hey ppl .... I am looking for some one that can help me with a file called e-txr2sv.zip and guide me through it. It is for a dc game called Tokyo Xtreme racer 2. This File supposivley fixes the save option which is currently preventing me to save i have been looking for months on how i can fix this problem so if any of u out there can give me a hand it would be much Appreciated
