list of CD-RW / DVD-R

Have looked for info about which drive support RAW and Sub-channel mode on GCW homepage, but couldn't find usefull infomation...... was mostly outdated info.

I have found some combo CD-RW+DVD-R drives, but don't know what to buy. What would U m8 recommend??

Toshiba SD-R1312 Internal Retail 32X/10X/40X/DVD 12X/ 2MB / IDE

Is it importent to have 8 MB or is it enough with 2 MB??
I was thinking on buying LG GCC-4520BB...... or is it better to buy the LiteOn burner??
