There are many Sims sites where you can get this stuff, e.g. Sims Uncensored. There you can get real nude skins, in addition to the removed blurring.
Advice: register on Yahoo and search the groups for "Adult+Sims". There are a lot of groups where you can get nude patches and stuff... (enter real age in profile and make it visible, otherwise you're rejected). Btw, it's bullsh*t that it works only in Hot Date.
