I'm not sure of a single site that offers EVERYTHING you asked about.....
You can check out how most mod chips boot in the "sticky" at the top of this forum, then search Google for prices..... One thing I am SURE of is that you need to read RULE # 7...... 7. No posting messages in CAPS
