the problems just never end with tokyo extrem racer need burning help

ok now im done with the making the iso and the patching so how do I burn. since the patch file for is old cdrwin has been upgraded alot and pretty much most of the directions given in the file is not valid anymore with the new cdrwin so anyone no how to burn with cdrwin 5.02 thanks.
