problems burning with nero with more then one audio tracks?

ok im having trouble burning with nero when i have more then one audio track and then it has data it says i have a error when trying to burn and sometimes it will give me illegal procedure with others, now it only does it with the games that have more then one audio track do i need some kinda program or what? now i tried to over burn and some other things still hasnt worked please if can help?
